All returns are simple and straightforward for our customers.

All unused products can be returned for a refund without having to pay a 10% restocking fee, but the customer pays for return shipping. If the product has been used, you have 30 days to let us know that you would like to return. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for a used product, but we will pay for the return shipping. 

After the 30 days, you will still be able to return if you choose, but a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. (After 30 days, the total cost of the 10% restocking fee and return shipping will only cost around $8-10 depending on the return shipping method used.)

We are also the ONLY performance chip company that will work with you to give the best possible experience when dealing with any issues. Returns will not be accepted unless authorized.  All returns should be returned via First Class Mail (preferably with tracking).

Returns requested/received after 60 days from the date of purchase can be exchanged only.
